"Uke has attacked but not succeeded . Uke is facing
away and is in contact with Tori's 
left
hip. Uke bends forward in order to throw Tori but tori steps
round and to the front of Uke placing his right leg deep between
Uke's legs. At the same time Tori takes hold of Uke's belt
or jacket in the middle of Uke's back. Tori now falls to his
left side and slides his left leg along the ground, to the
outside of Uke's left leg. Tori pulls Uke towards him using
his left hand. Tori's right hand pushes Uke in order to assist
in the throwing action. Uke should land just past Tori's left
shoulder."
