"From a seated possition facing Uke, Tori throws his left
arm over Uke's left shoulder and grips Uke's belt, thumb inside.
Tori reaches under Uke's left arm with his right hand and grabs
Uke's arm at the triceps. Tori's left leg is inside Uke's legs
the right outside. Tori twists to his left and as he turns Uke's
upper body with his shoulders, he flicks Uke's leg."
