Uke is pulled downwards. Uke's right knee comes to rest between
Tori's thighs. Uke's outstretched hand touches Tori's waist.
The outside of Uke's elbow touches the inside of Tori's left
knee. Tori takes hold of Uke's lower sleeves and pulls him
foreward. Tori thrusts his right foot into the upper part
of Uke's left thigh, pushing Uke backward and imobilising
him. Tori traps Uke's right arm and shoulder by pinning them
under his left upper arm and left side. 
Tori presses down strongly, using his left knee, on Uke's
right elbow joint. Tori's left foot and shin rest upon Uke's
back."
