"Uke is on his back and Tori is mounted on Uke as if riding
a horse. Tori's knees are tightly wedged against Uke's hips 
and
Tori's ankles are tucked under Uke's thighs. Tori's right arm
encircles Uke's neck and Tori's right hand locates on Tori's right
collar. Tori's left arm is placed on the mat for stability. Tori
lowers his head to the same level as Uke's."
