"Uke is seated on the ground and Tori, upright behind him
applies his right knee to Uke's right shoulder blade.
Tori
with his left hand grasps Uke's left lapel as near as possible
to Uke's left ear, the thumb outside. His left forearm is therefore
coiled round Uke's throat, with the radial edge in front and on
the right of Uke's neck
Meanwhile Tori's right hand seizes the fabric of Uke's jacket
in front of his left deltoid, and Tori's right forearm blocks
the nape of Uke's neck against it's cubital edge (the ulna).
It then remains for Tori only to effect a pincers movement with
his forearms."
