Makura-kesa-gatame
(pillow hold down)
"With Uke lying on his back.Tori sits at his head and facing
away from him, bends his right leg so that Uke's head rests on
the inside of the thigh forming a" pillow". Tori leans
backwards over Uke's right shoulder, and his right hand is placed
under Uke's left armpit, gripping his own bent right trowser leg.Tori's
left hand is placed under Uke's neck, at the back, and takes hold
of Uke's left lapel, so that his forearm lies alongside his own
leg. The legs should be spread as in Kesa-gatame.
To maintain balance the left leg should be bent well back to prevent
Uke sitting up, while the right leg supports Uke's head. Your
own head should press down towards the floor at Uke's left side."
