right arm. Tori directs Uke's right arm over Uke's head by means
of Tori's left arm 
and
secures it by placing the right side of his head and neck against
Uke's upper right arm between Uke's elbow and shoulder.Tori's
right arm encircles Uke's neck and clasps his own left hand which
comes in from the left underside of Uke's neck."
