"Tori holds Uke as in Hon-kesa-gatame but with
these differences: 
Tori's
right arm, instead of encircleing Uke's neck, passes under
Uke's left arm so that Uke's shoulder and shoulder blade
is lifted and Tori grips his own right knee in the popliteal
hollow with his right hand, which is possitioned under the
nape of Uke's neck. Tori's left leg is perpendicular to
Uke."
