"Uke is on his back. Tori is seated to the right of
Uke's head, and Tori's legs hold Uke's head scissor wise. Tori's
right leg passes under Uke's head; it is extended on the ground
on it's outer surface. The nape of Uke's neck is blocked on Tori's
right knee, exactly against the inner process of the tibia. 
Tori's
left leg is slightly bent and the popliteal hollow of the knee
rests on Uke's windpipe. The left instep slides the length of
the right Achilles tendon downwards so as to stretch the leg as
much as possible, thus pinning Uke's neck in a vice. "
