"Insert your right knee between Uke's left knee and elbow. Using your right knee, knock away Uke's elbow, forcing Uke flat onto the mat with his left arm outstretched. Seize Uke's left wrist with both hands and swing into a sitting position, resting your weight against Uke's shoulder. To bring preasure onto the elbow joint, push down with your right armpit on Uke's upper arm and lever the forearm up in the opposite direction."
