"Tori places his left knee on the ground, raises his right knee, which contains Uke's left arm from the outside; then with his left arm he seizes the inner surface of Uke's left wrist, and with his right hand, above the inner surface of the forearm; he bends his right knee so as to wedge Uke's arm in the popliteal hollow; and applies the lock by pulling Uke's arm upward."
